HISTORY
The Northern Fountain of Life Christian Center, Inc. (NFLCC) is an independent Full Gospel Church officially registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 30, 2012.
It was issued Company Reg. No. CN201201701 and TIN 008-206-312.
NFLCC is associated with the Fountain of Life Christian Centre, South Africa founded by the evangelist Pastor Michael “Mike” Maimele.
In the registration of the church, we recognize the following persons who, in one way or the other, helped in the incorporation of the church.
The NFLCC name was registered on December 27, 2011 by Dr. Andres R. Cabuyadao. Witnesses in the signing and preparation of the Articles of Incorporation: Imelda C. Alingkayon and Cesario A. Aggalot
The Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of the organization was filed and submitted at the SEC by Janelyn A. Aggalot. The document was notarized by Atty. Abraham B. Sable.
